Jimmy Holcomb

Jimmy Holcomb joins Rich Young Company as Vice President, focused on industrial tenant representation and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) across major U.S. markets, with deep expertise in the South Dallas and Great Southwest (GSW) submarkets.

A Texas Tech University graduate with a BBA in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate from the Rawls College of Business, Jimmy served as a student officer of the TTU Real Estate Organization and marched on the Texas Tech drumline. He remains active on the Brownlee Center for Real Estate’s Recent Alumni Board, mentoring the next generation of CRE professionals.

Grounded in his faith and guided by a servant’s heart, Jimmy approaches every client relationship with integrity and a genuine commitment to putting others’ needs first. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, learning new instruments, picking up new sports, and playing golf.
