Rich Young, Jr., SIOR

Rich is passionate about helping clients throughout the North Dallas area evaluate their real estate needs and determine the best strategies for leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions with a heavy focus in the industrial and flex product type.  Over the past decade , Rich Jr. has been responsible for 750+ deals in excess of $600M in consideration and over 5M Square feet.  Deal sizes ranging from 5,000 SF to 1,500,000 SF.

With a tenacious drive to deliver value and an entrepreneurial mindset, he has dedicated himself to serving his customers with integrity to find the right opportunities out in the market to help their businesses’ thrive.

Rich believes in being a true partner with his customers – a long term solution to find quick fixes and long term solutions to help his customers be in a position to be more profitable down the line.

Rich started his career in Advisory Services at Ernst & Young in Dallas, where he focused on manufacturing, private equity, technology, and aerospace clients. Throughout his time at EY, he was known for delivering top-notch service to his clients and serving as a true business advisor.

Rich is a Board Member of the Yellow Rose Gala (Multiple Sclerosis Society) and the University of Oklahoma Club of Dallas. He enjoys volunteering for Junior Achievement and rooting for the Cowboys and Mavs.
