Trevor Hunt

Trevor graduated from Arizona State University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Data Analytics. He started his professional career as a sale’s strategy analyst at United Rentals in the corporate office (Scottsdale, AZ). He quickly took the opportunity to explore new career opportunities by entering the sales development program with United Rentals, and started his first outsides sales role in Dallas, TX in 2018. After 4 years of dominating the equipment rental market, he started a new role as a sales associate with Malin Material Handling. Trevor shifted his focus from the construction of industrial warehouses to the intralogistics of warehouses. Specializing in warehouse design, space efficiency, and automation for warehouse operations of 3PLs, manufacturing, and wholesale companies; Trevor learned the inner-workings of companies we order products online from everyday.

Trevor joined the RYC team September 2023, leveraging his existing relationships and deep knowledge of his South Dallas market to have a quick start in a new career. Trevor is a sales professional skilled in client relations, negotiation, and solution based selling. Taking the approach of “business partner” with his clients compared to real estate agent, Trevor presents a value seldom found in a hot and fast-moving industrial market. In short, Trevor is an ambitious commercial real estate broker and is a proactive, driven, and knowledgeable professional who is committed to achieving success in his field.

Trevor is also dedicated to giving back and being involved in his local community. He started the Big Brothers program in 2022 and took the opportunity to mentor and bond with a young man in his community. Trevor is also an avid pickleball tournament player and runner, participating in his first Dallas BMW Half-Marathon in 2023.
